We are pleased to announce that on March 23, 2022, Azolver became a part of the Francotyp-Postalia family, joining 99 years of excellence in the mailing business. We have been an FP dealer in some markets since we formed in 2019, and have seen the benefits of an EU supplier. Their product development and factory are in Germany, and they’ve introduced newer models than any other manufacturer. FP models are quieter, have smaller footprints, and more modern designs using more recent technology. This new relationship feels like the right choice for us and for you.
What does this mean for you?
Right now, everything will stay the same for you. Our agreement with Pitney Bowes will remain in place for some time, so for a period we will offer machines from both manufacturers. We still support whatever relationship you have with us, with the same high level of customer service you are used to with Azolver. You’ll have the same contact emails and phone numbers, and work with the same individuals you’ve built relationships with for many years.
For the time being, we have the same email addresses and phone numbers. Our company and bank details are also the same.
What now?
Teams in FP and Azolver are working together on an integration plan to give our customers to access to the best of each company’s technology. In the future Azolver will standardize its range of postal equipment with FP’s PostBase and Vision lines. We will continue to offer you professional, easy-to-use, and cost-effective solutions to run your business.
