Azolver takes responsibility for the personal data that we process about you. We are a global organisation with a presence in many countries.
This Privacy Policy describes how our websites, services and products operate, and how we process (collect, use, share) information.
In this notice, when we refer to “us”, “we” or “our”, we mean the Azolver Group company or companies which provide you with the Azolver websites and connected products in your country. When we refer to the “Azolver Group”, we mean all Azolver Group companies.

We shall have the right to amend the Data Policy unilaterally at any time, based on applicable legislation. We shall inform You of the amendment of the Data Policy via our Website.

Our main purpose for collecting your personal data is to provide and improve the service, products, and experiences that you expect from us.
The personal data that we process about you will mainly fall into one of the following categories:
Personal Data
When you enter into a contract with us we process the following personal data on your our your representative (employee, management board member or contact person)

· Phone number
We process your Personal Data to enter a contract with us and to provide and improve the service and products that you ordered from us. We consider the processing of your Purchase and Registration Data to be necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party.
Purchase Data
You can purchase Azolver Group products and services and when you purchase products/services we collect the following Personal Data:
Shipment and invoice address
Product(s) purchased, details of your purchased product/service, such as the name of the product/service, the product category it belongs to, the product model number and date of purchase
Financial information (including credit/debit card and bank account information, credit and repayment history, and payment default information)
Invoice history, which includes an overview of products/services purchased
Details of conversations that you may have with our departments regarding purchase questions
We use this Purchase Data to fulfil your purchase and/or register your product. Purchase and registration of products only happens at your request. We consider the processing of your Purchase Data to be necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party.
Customer Support Data
We process your personal data when you you contact customer support department, or when you communicate with one of our representatives by email, phone or in writing and we will use the following personal data:
Your Personal Data
Your call recording and history, purchase history, the content of your questions, or requests that you addressed.
We use this Customer Support Data to provide you with customer support, respond to your inquiries, fulfil your requests and provide you with related customer service, such as repair or redeem products/services. We also use this Personal Data to improve, fix and customize our products and services.
If we provide this service on the basis of an agreement with you, we consider the processing of your Personal Data to be necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party.
In other cases, we consider the processing of your Personal Data in the above context to be based on a legitimate interest of Azolver.
Marketing Data
You can choose to sign up for marketing and promotional communications.
When you sign up for marketing and promotional communications, we will use the following personal data:

Your interactions with Azolver webpage, the emails you clicked and opened and attendance of events
We use this Marketing Data to send you marketing and promotional messages. The processing of Marketing Data is based on your consent, i.e. provided on a voluntary basis.
You can withdraw your consent for receiving marketing and promotional messages at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each promotional communications email you may receive from us.
Social Media Data
When you interact or communicate on social media channels/pages/promotions and blogs (e.g. when you click on ‘like’ or ‘share’, when you post and share comments and when you submit ratings and reviews) your personal data is processed by a third party that provides social media services to Azolver. This means that the third party that provides social media services will retain a copy of your online publicly available interactions to which the third party has provided us access.
The Personal Data we collect includes publicly available data provided in the social media context by you from the relevant social media provider via a third party that provides social media services such as: name, gender, birthday or age, homepage, profile photo, time zone, mail address, country, interests, and comments and content you have posted/shared.
We use this personal data to gain a general view of the opinion of people about us and our brands and to get an idea of relevant online influencers and to resolve issues and/or improve our products and services or start a conversation with you based on requests that you addressed to us.
We consider the processing of Social Media Data in the above context to be based on a legitimate interest of Azolver.
Technical Data
When you use our webpage, we may use the following personal data:
Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. IP is a numerical label assigned to each device (e.g., computer, printer, mobile device, or server) and is usually associated with the place from which you enter the internet
Service usage information, for example access date and time, device type and device identification, operating system and hardware setting, browser type
We process Technical Data to ensure that our interface is accessible for you to customize, measure, and improve services and the content of our website, and to develop new services. We consider the processing of Social Media Data in the above context to be based on a legitimate interest of Azolver.

Most of data we collect and process is directly provided by you. We collect and process the information about you in the following situations:

Most of our processes are shared across the Azolver Group, which means that we need to share your personal data between us. We make sure that access to your personal data is limited to those of our staff who need it, and that all staff understand how and why we protect your personal data. Transfers of personal data between Azolver Group entities are based on Azolver Group legitimate interest.
We may also disclose your personal data:
To our third-party service providers who provide services such payment and billing processing, order fulfillment, customer service, delivery services, website hosting, data analysis, marketing intelligence, auditing, fraud detection and other services;
To our affiliates or subsidiaries for the purposes described in this privacy policy;
To your connections associated with your social media account, to other website users and to your social media account provider, in connection with your social sharing activity;
When you interact with Azolver as a business customer, supplier or business partner, Azolver may disclose personal data available in reports and other documents provided by you or your company pursuant to an engagement with other business partners and suppliers.
We may also use and disclose your Personal Data as we believe to be necessary or appropriate:
– to comply with applicable law, which may include laws outside your country of residence, to respond to requests from public and government authorities, which may include authorities outside your country of residence, to cooperate with law enforcement or for other legal reasons;
– to enforce our terms and conditions; and;
– to protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates or subsidiaries, you or others.
The relevant Azolver group company or companies collect personal data from you in the country in which you live. We, and those third parties that we share your personal data with, then host, store and otherwise handle that information in the countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. The European Commission has so far recognised Switzerland as providing adequate protection of personal data.
We will make sure that any transfers of your personal data from one country to another comply with those data protection and privacy laws which apply to us.
RETENTION OF YOUR DATA
We will retain your personal only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by regulatory legislation or data protection legislation.
We retain Your data processed for the performance of a Client agreement 5 years after expiring of the agreement.
We will retain and use Your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, for example, if we are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA
You have the right to access, update and amend personal data that we hold about you. You can do that by contacting us via email gdprcompliance@azolver.com.
We will only send you marketing communications when you have told us that you agree with receiving marketing and promotional messages. You can withdraw from receiving marketing and promotional messages at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each promotional communications email you may receive from us.
In certain circumstances, you also have the right to ask us to:
· Limit or restrict our use of your personal data
· Stop using your personal data for certain purposes
· Remove or delete personal data about you; or
· Provide your personal data to a third-party provider of services
Please note that those rights do not always apply and there are certain exceptions to them.
We will also need to confirm your identity before acting on certain requests. We may not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personal data if we cannot verify your identity, or authority to make the request on someone else’s behalf.
PROTECTING YOUR DATA
We ensure, within the framework of data protection legislation, the confidentiality of client data and implementation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, unlawful disclosure, accidental loss, modification, destruction or any other unlawful processing.
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and no transfer of your personal information will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.
